A bit of a do
If you need reminding what was lost when photo-journalism disappeared, have a look at these remarkable pictures that Life Magazine took around the Harlem funeral of Bill "Bo Jangles" Robinson in 1949.
I realise that these are in a way digital, but they originated on film, they were somehow physical; real at some point. I can't help feeling we're losing something to technology, as well as to budget cuts.
